1. The House

The Muuls operates from Costa Rica, with creative direction in Paris and manufacturing in Vietnam. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

All products are strictly limited editions. No restock. No reissue. Variations in leather grain and tone are properties of the material, not defects.

3. Payment

All prices in Euros (€), VAT included for EU customers. International buyers are responsible for applicable customs duties.

4. Shipping

All orders dispatch from Paris in a hand-finished wooden crate with a certificate of provenance. EU: 4–8 business days. International: 8–16 business days.

5. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Size exchanges accepted within 14 days on unworn items in original packaging. Contact returns@themuuls.com with your order number.

6. Warranty

24-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Claims require photographic evidence and the original certificate of provenance.

7. Special Requests

Bespoke commissions require a non-refundable 50% deposit. Lead times vary and are confirmed in writing. All bespoke orders are final upon deposit.

8. Privacy

We collect only data required to process your order. Never sold, never shared outside fulfilment partners. Requests: privacy@themuuls.com.

9. Intellectual Property

The JTM mark, photography, design language, and brand identity are the exclusive property of The Muuls. Unauthorized use is subject to enforcement under French IP law.

10. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the French Republic. All disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris. Legal: legal@themuuls.com.
